Data exchange and data transfer

Tehag Engineering AG is a legally independent company. We sometimes work with Tehag Deutschland GmbH in Moers.

Some customers and suppliers are in direct contact with both companies. This means that these two legally independent Tehag units sometimes also work together to fulfil orders. This means that Tehag Deutschland GmbH may also exchange and share data with Tehag Engineering AG in Switzerland.

Your personal data will not be shared with third parties for purposes or parties other than those listed.

Tehag Engineering AG is obliged to comply with data protection law to protect your privacy.

We do so in line with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Tehag Engineering AG takes appropriate measures to safeguard customers’ personal data and ensure that it is treated confidentially.
